A timely and rejuvenating presentation that reminds us the importance of mindfulness and self care. Diane's voice is so soothing & she speaks directly to each one of us. Diane's ability to engage teachers using break out sessions while speaking with, not at us, makes this session more meaningful & rejuvenating.

Diane helped us see what is possible with homeschooling. With her extensive Waldorf background she pointed out what stage our kids are at and how best to engage them. I would highly recommend homeschooling communities engage her to do parent education and help with mentoring.

I really liked how she used an elemental approach to meet the needs of her students. I never thought of doing that, though I suppose we have similar ways of observing our student's energy through the day. I liked that there were different purposes for the elements and what they brought to the students. I think this makes a lot of sense for the activities we do in the classroom. The most useful part of the workshop was learning about Waldorf education and how behaviour management is used in a Waldorf school. I found that the strategies provided in the workshop were useful examples of how an educator may implement these behaviour management strategies into their program.

I am lucky to have had Diane Walters guide me on how to tell a story. I used to strive for precision in storytelling, but Diane taught me how to make the story my own. This changed the way I told a story, making it relaxed and enjoyable.  Diane’s online course The Impact of Teaching through Story, Inclusion and Diversity allows teachers to experience the magic themselves. 

The Directors of ISIS Cultural Outreach International Society invited Diane Walters to represent Waldorf Education and Anthroposophy through lectures and workshops in Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod and Rostov-on-Don in Russia and in Tbilisi, Georgia, for a five-week tour in the Summer of 2001. During that undertaking, Diane was loved for her humor and respected for her knowledge everywhere. Her lively enthusiastic way of speaking created enthusiasm in every one of her listeners. We highly recommend Diane for talks and seminars of lower and high school curricula and wish her success in the future.

Diane is a wonderful resource for homeschooling parents. She has so much experience and wisdom in the Waldorf curriculum and anthroposophy and is very creative about how to make it fun and workable in the home setting for your family. Most of all, Diane is very caring, supportive and heart centered.
